out Monday was written before the Fed took over Freddie Mac and Fannie
Mae.That move precipitated a large drop in interest rates, with 30 year fixed now being quoted as low as 5.625.We
hope this trend continues but if ever there was a window of
opportunity, the recent rate drop certainly opens the door for both
